Grease Tech

According to the Water Pollution Control Ordinance (chapter 358), all sewage effluent's licensees should monitor the quality of waste water by regular conveying water sampling.

Generally, EPD requires the restaurants to carry out test for the following determinants:

Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD)
Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)
Oil & Grease

Water Tests arranged by Grease Tech Ltd will be carried out by a HOKLAS accredited laboratory (Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme). Different Parameters like BOD, COD and O&G, will be tested.

	Bio-treatment Service
	By use of biotechnology, the grease degrader releases the biological enzyme in the oil tank. It can reduce the heavy oil agglomerate and levitate the oil and grease level of water, simultaneously and eliminates the stink.

	Effluent Sampling Service
